Return up to two target creature cards from your graveyard to your hand. Each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

Destroy target creature an opponent controls. That player loses 3 life. Exile Suspended Sentence with three time counters on it.
Suspend 3—{1}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{B} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Breach the Multiverse

Each player mills ten cards. For each player, choose a creature or planeswalker card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Then each creature you control becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.

Until end of turn, permanents your opponents control gain "When this permanent deals damage to the player who cast Hellish Rebuke, sacrifice this permanent. You lose 2 life."

Damnable Pact

Target player draws X cards and loses X life.

Fandaniel, Telophoroi Ascian

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, surveil 1.
At the beginning of your end step, each opponent may sacrifice a nontoken creature of their choice. Each opponent who doesn't loses 2 life for each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard.

Villainous Wrath

Target opponent loses life equal to the number of creatures they control. Then destroy all creatures.

Risky Shortcut

Draw two cards. Each player loses 2 life.

Grave Endeavor

Roll two d10 and choose one result. Return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to that result. Then each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the other result.

Torment of Hailfire

Repeat the following process X times. Each opponent loses 3 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice or discards a card.

Exsanguinate

Each opponent loses X life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way.

Will of the Abzan

Choose one. If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both instead.
• Any number of target opponents each sacrifice a creature with the greatest power among creatures that player controls and lose 3 life.
• Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Temporal Extortion

When you cast this spell, any player may pay half their life, rounded up. If a player does, counter Temporal Extortion.
Take an extra turn after this one.

Pact of the Serpent

Choose a creature type. Target player draws X cards and loses X life, where X is the number of creatures they control of the chosen type.
