In fact, the cap is fixed at 50$ at the time of conception, using TCG value in archidekt website. The main focus is to have a theme to build on that is available on other cards, so we don't shoot our self in the foot! All the cards must be close to some extend to our theme, so that all the cards we play feel connected! As a extra challenge, we also want the deck to be more on the \"focused\" side of the power level spectrum, so we can at least try to compete our way to victory. The best effects are the one triggering on the creatures that our opponents control too. A pseudo one-sided board-wipe for our opponents tokens, which can be repeat. So we include a bit of a sub-theme with multiple other enchantments.
