At the beginning of your upkeep you may exile another creature you control and put a “devour” counter on it.
Rimuru gets +1/+1 for every exiled creature card and has all creature types, keywords, activated and triggered abilities of exiled cards with a devour younter on it.
If Rimuru deals combat damage to a player exile target creature that player controls and put a devour counter on it.

Rimuru reincarnated

Whenever Rimuru enters or at the beginning of your upkeep you may exile another creature you control with a “devour” counter on it. 
Rimuru has all creature types, keywords, activated and triggered abilities of exiled cards with a devour counter on it.
Rimuru gets +1/+1 for every creature exiled with a devour counter on it.
{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}: Transform Rimuru. Activate only as a sorcery and only if there is a Elder Dragon with manavalue 6 or more exiled with a devour counter.
