Promise of Loyalty

Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

Essence Capture

Counter target creature spell. Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature you control.

Sphere Grid

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
Unlock Ability — Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them have reach and trample.

Whenever Baxter enters or attacks, each creature you control with a counter on it gains flying until end of turn.

When Gatta and Luzzu enters, choose target creature you control. If damage would be dealt to that creature this turn, prevent that damage and put that many +1/+1 counters on it.

Kros, Defense Contractor

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a shield counter on target creature an opponent controls.
Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, tap that creature and goad it. It gains trample until your next turn. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

Sunpetal Grove

This land enters tapped unless you control a Forest or a Plains.

Goldvein Hydra

Vigilance, trample, haste
This creature enters with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When this creature dies, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to its power.

Puca's Covenant

Whenever a creature you control with a counter on it dies, you may return another target permanent card with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters on that creature from your graveyard to your hand. Do this only once each turn.

Brokers Confluence

Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
• Target creature phases out. (Treat it and anything attached to it as though they don't exist until its controller's next turn.)

Dromoka's Command

• Prevent all damage target instant or sorcery spell would deal this turn.
• Target player sacrifices an enchantment of their choice.
• Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Bloodroot Apothecary

Toxic 2 (Players dealt combat damage by this creature also get two poison counters. A player with ten or more poison counters loses the game.)
When this creature enters, you and target opponent each create a Treasure token.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a noncreature token, that player gets two poison counters.

Perrie, the Pulverizer

When Perrie enters, put a shield counter on target creature. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
Whenever Perrie attacks, target creature you control gains trample and gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of different kinds of counters among permanents you control.

Rikku, Resourceful Guardian

Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature, until end of turn, that creature can't be blocked by creatures your opponents control.

Avenging Huntbonder

Overseer of Vault 76
