Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, if at least four mana was spent to cast it, tap target creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, if at least eight mana was spent to cast it, put eight +1/+1 counters on Ultros.

Preston Garvey, Minuteman

At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a green Aura enchantment token named Settlement attached to up to one target land you control. It has enchant land and "Enchanted land has '{T}: Add one mana of any color.'"
Whenever Preston Garvey attacks, untap each enchanted permanent you control.

The Pride of Hull Clade

This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the total toughness of creatures you control.
Defender

Whenever Karn blocks or becomes blocked, it gets -4/+4 until end of turn.

Verazol enters with a +1/+1 counter on it for each mana spent to cast it.
Whenever you cast a kicked spell, you may remove two +1/+1 counters from Verazol. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

Shadowfax, Lord of Horses

Horses you control have haste. (They can attack and {T} as soon as they come under your control.)
Whenever Shadowfax attacks, you may put a creature card with lesser power from your hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking.

Marvo, Deep Operative

Whenever Marvo attacks, clash with defending player. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on their choice of the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a greater mana value.)
Whenever you win a clash, draw a card. Then you may cast a spell from your hand with mana value 8 or less without paying its mana cost.

Marath, Will of the Wild

Marath enters with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the amount of mana spent to cast it.
{X}, Remove X +1/+1 counters from Marath: Choose one —
• Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature. X can't be 0.
• Marath deals X damage to any target. X can't be 0.
• Create an X/X green Elemental creature token. X can't be 0.
