Tyrant's Choice

Will of the council — Starting with you, each player votes for death or torture. If death gets more votes, each opponent sacrifices a creature of their choice. If torture gets more votes or the vote is tied, each opponent loses 4 life.

Tromell, Seymour's Butler

Each other nontoken creature you control enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.
{1}, {T}: Proliferate X times, where X is the number of nontoken creatures you control that entered this turn. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Elvish Champion

Other Elf creatures get +1/+1 and have forestwalk. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls a Forest.)

Gyre Sage

Evolve (Whenever a creature you control enters, if that creature has greater power or toughness than this creature, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)

II, III — Each player secretly votes for up to one creature, then those votes are revealed. If no creature got votes, each player draws a card. Otherwise, destroy each creature with the most votes or tied for most votes.

Whenever Emissary Green attacks, starting with you, each player votes for profit or security. You create a number of Treasure tokens equal to twice the number of profit votes. Put a number of +1/+1 counters on each creature you control equal to the number of security votes.

I, II, III — Exile target nontoken creature an opponent controls until this Saga leaves the battlefield.
IV — Starting with you, each player votes for innocent or guilty. If guilty gets more votes, the owner of each card exiled with this Saga puts that card on the bottom of their library.

Will of the council — Choose target instant or sorcery spell. Starting with you, each player votes for denial or duplication. If denial gets more votes, counter the spell. If duplication gets more votes or the vote is tied, copy the spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
