Commander

Cheapen/Cheat
Buyback {3} (You may pay an additional {3} as you cast this spell. If you do, put this card into your hand as it resolves.) Choose a counter on target permanent or suspended card. Remove that counter from that permanent or card or put another of those counters on it.
Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.) Parallel Universe — Whenever Time Beetle deals combat damage to a player, time travel. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)
Draw
Draw two cards. Exile Inspiring Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. This spell can't be countered. You have no maximum hand size. Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, draw a card. Discard three cards: Exile Nezahal, Primal Tide. Return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
Trample, haste Cycling {1}{R} When you cycle Yidaro, Wandering Monster, shuffle it into your library from your graveyard. If you've cycled a card named Yidaro, Wandering Monster four or more times this game, put it onto the battlefield from your graveyard instead. (Do this before you draw.)
Extra Turns/Upkeep
At the beginning of each upkeep, each player exiles the top card of their library. The player who exiled the card with the highest mana value takes an extra turn after this one. If two or more players' cards are tied for highest, the tied players repeat this process until the tie is broken.

Land
{T}: Add {C}. {T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast a legendary spell. {T}: Add one mana of any color among legendary permanents you control. {3}, {T}, Exile Plaza of Heroes: Target legendary creature gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.
Protection
Ramp/Rock
Rotating Fireplace enters the battlefield tapped with a time counter on it. {T}: Add an amount of {C} equal to the number of time counters on Rotating Fireplace. {4}, {T}: Time travel. Activate only as a sorcery. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)
Synergy
Flying Vanishing 3 (This creature enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.) When Chronozoa dies, if it had no time counters on it, create two tokens that are copies of it.
Indestructible As long as your devotion to blue is less than five, Thassa isn't a creature. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.) At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1. {1}{U}: Target creature you control can't be blocked this turn.
The Good Shit
This spell can't be countered. Flying, trample, protection from white and from blue {R}: Akroma, Angel of Fury gets +1/+0 until end of turn. Morph {3}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
Deep-Sea Kraken can't be blocked. Suspend 9—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with nine time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.) Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if Deep-Sea Kraken is suspended, remove a time counter from it.
Annihilator 1 (Whenever this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices a permanent.) {4}: Create two 0/1 colorless Eldrazi Spawn creature tokens. They have "Sacrifice this creature: Add {C}." {20}: Cast any number of Eldrazi spells from among cards you own outside the game without paying their mana costs.
Wipe
Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.
Miscellaneous
Suspend 3—{R}{R} Shuffle all permanents you own into your library, then reveal that many cards from the top of your library. Put all non-Aura permanent cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then do the same for Aura cards, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. More Cheap Draw
Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.) Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {4}.
More Good Shit
Whenever Delina, Wild Mage attacks, choose target creature you control, then roll a d20. 1—14 | Create a tapped and attacking token that's a copy of that creature, except it's not legendary and it has "At end of combat, exile this creature." 15—20 | Create one of those tokens. You may roll again.
Search target opponent's library for an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card. Put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles. Epic (For the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell except for its epic ability. You may choose a new target for the copy.)
More Interaction
Arc Blade deals 2 damage to any target. Exile Arc Blade with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Counter target spell. If the spell is countered this way, exile it with three time counters on it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may play it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
Detritivore's power and toughness are each equal to the number of nonbasic land cards in your opponents' graveyards. Suspend X—{X}{3}{R}. X can't be 0. (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {X}{3}{R} and exile it with X time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.) Whenever a time counter is removed from Detritivore while it's exiled, destroy target nonbasic land.
For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.
Return target permanent to its owner's hand. Exile Reality Strobe with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. Release the Ants deals 1 damage to any target. Clash with an opponent. If you win, return Release the Ants to its owner's hand. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a higher mana value.)

Destroy target permanent an opponent controls. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with that permanent. They put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.
More Protection
Whenever a player chooses one or more targets, each player reveals the top card of their library. The player who reveals the card with the highest mana value may change the target or targets. If two or more cards are tied for highest, the target or targets remain unchanged. Changing targets this way doesn't trigger abilities of permanents named Psychic Battle.
More Ramp
{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.
More Synergy
{2}, {T}: Copy target activated or triggered ability you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {3}, {T}: Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {4}, {T}: Copy target permanent spell you control. (The copy becomes a token.)
Buyback {2} (You may pay an additional {2} as you cast this spell. If you do, put this card into your hand as it resolves.) Scry 3. (Look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in any order.)
Flying {2}{U}{R}: Scry 1, then reveal the top card of your library. Stormchaser Chimera gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is that card's mana value. (To scry 1, look at the top card of your library, then you may put that card on the bottom of your library.)
The first spell you cast from exile each turn has cascade. (When you cast your first spell from exile, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)
More Time Counters
Epochrasite enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it if you didn't cast it from your hand. When Epochrasite dies, exile it with three time counters on it and it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may cast this card without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)
