So instead I'll say my biggest restriction will be to build decks WITHOUT interaction on edhrec. Secondary to that, I'm not made of money so the goal will be to keep the bulk of the deck UNDER $5 per card and try to keep my big budget cards to under 10 cards per deck. So that means no cheating with $75 banger cards that do everything but win for you, instead I'll reserve my big budget for pretty cards because that's how we do.
