Each creature spell you cast with mana value 4 or greater has blitz. The blitz cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may choose to cast that spell for its blitz cost. If you do, it gains haste and "When this creature dies, draw a card." Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.)
Blitz costs you pay cost {1} less for each time you've cast your commander from the command zone this game.

{G}{W}{U}, {T}: Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. Activate only before the combat damage step.

Neera, Wild Mage

Whenever you cast a spell, you may put it on the bottom of its owner's library. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all revealed cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Captain Howler, Sea Scourge

Whenever you discard one or more cards, target creature gets +2/+0 until end of turn for each card discarded this way. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player this turn, you draw a card.

Katilda and Lier

Whenever you cast a Human spell, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Rashmi and Ragavan

Whenever you cast your first spell during each of your turns, exile the top card of target opponent's library and create a Treasure token. Then you may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost if it's a spell with mana value less than the number of artifacts you control. If you don't cast it this way, you may cast it this turn.

Eshki Dragonclaw

At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you've cast both a creature spell and a noncreature spell this turn, draw a card and put two +1/+1 counters on Eshki Dragonclaw.

Evelyn, the Covetous

Whenever Evelyn or another Vampire you control enters, exile the top card of each player's library with a collection counter on it.
Once each turn, you may play a card from exile with a collection counter on it if it was exiled by an ability you controlled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Kamiz, Obscura Oculus

Whenever you attack, target attacking creature can't be blocked this turn. It connives. Then choose another attacking creature with lesser power. That creature gains double strike until end of turn. (To have a creature connive, draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.)

Betor, Ancestor's Voice

At the beginning of your end step, put a number of +1/+1 counters on up to one other target creature you control equal to the amount of life you gained this turn. Return up to one target creature card with mana value less than or equal to the amount of life you lost this turn from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Kalamax, the Stormsire

Whenever you cast your first instant spell each turn, if Kalamax is tapped, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever you copy an instant spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Kalamax.

Whenever Kylox attacks, sacrifice any number of other creatures, then exile the top X cards of your library, where X is their total power. You may cast any number of instant and/or sorcery spells from among the exiled cards without paying their mana costs.

Each creature card in your graveyard has unearth {2}{B}. ({2}{B}: Return the card to the battlefield. The creature gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)

Whenever you cast a multicolored instant or sorcery spell from your hand, exile that spell instead of putting it into your graveyard as it resolves. If you do, it becomes plotted. (You may cast it as a sorcery on a later turn without paying its mana cost.)

As you cascade, you may put a land card from among the exiled cards onto the battlefield tapped. (Do this after the last card is exiled but before deciding whether to cast a nonland card.)

Parnesse, the Subtle Brush

Whenever you or a permanent you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter that spell or ability unless that player pays 4 life.
Whenever you copy a spell, up to one target opponent may also copy that spell. They may choose new targets for that copy.
