Whenever the Disciple of Nissa attacks, you may pay {X}{X}{X}{G}{G}. When you do, create X tokens that are copies of different Nissa planeswalkers chosen at random. They each enter with an additional loyalty counter. (There are currently eleven. Yes, Nissa, Sage Animist counts. Perhaps look up the list and roll a D20?)

The Value Knight

When The Value Knight enters the battlefield, create Syr Acha, a 1/1 legendary red artifact creature Food Knight token with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this token: You gain 3 life. Until end of turn, if you would draw a card, draw two cards instead."
Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on The Value Knight.

Fioran Reformist

When Fioran Reformist enters the battlefield, if a player is the monarch, get rid of the monarchy.
Democracy is in effect until Fioran Reformist leaves the battlefield. (At the beginning of each player's end step, if they control more creatures than each other player, they draw a card. Players can't become the monarch.)

Command Power Plant

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. If you control a Command Tower and a Command Mine, add two mana of any color in your commander's color identity instead.
Command Towers you control have, "{T}: If you control a Command Mine and a Command Power Plant, add three mana of any color in your commander's color identity."

The Clever Magician

Rule Zero — Whenever this creature enters the battlefield, and before the game begins if this creature is your commander, you may propose a new rule that is contained to this game of Magic. If all players in the game agree to it, that rule becomes true for this game. If one or more players decline, instead you scry 2. (If this is your commander, scry after keeping your hand.)

Command Mine

Hosting Season

While it's October 25th, 2024, whenever you cast your commander, create a token that's a copy of it except it isn't legendary.
While it's October 26th or 27th, 2024, if one or more tokens would be created under your control, instead twice that many tokens are created and each of them enters with a +1/+1 counter on it.
On any other date, both abilities apply. (Because why not?)

Third Stage of Magic Design

Choose a word that's four letters or longer. For each nonland permanent you control and each nonland card in your graveyard with the chosen word in its rules text or type line, create a colorless 2/2 creature token with no name or creature types.

When Impressive Rat dies, put a hole counter on target land you don't control. Whenever that land becomes tapped, you investigate. (The land continues to intrigue.)

Exile target nonland permanent. Create a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion creature token. It has "Sacrifice this creature: Add {C}." If Call Up Emrakul to Help was kicked, instead create a token that's a copy of Emrakul, the Promised End.

Halving Season

If an opponent would create one or more tokens, they create half that many of each of those kinds of tokens instead, rounded down.
If an opponent would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, they put half that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead, rounded down.

The Fifth Alias

Before the game begins, if The Fifth Alias is your commander or in your deck, secretly make a list of five nonland cards in your deck. (Don't forget to do this!)
As you draw a card on your list, you may reveal it, show it was on the list, and exclaim its name. If you do, cast it without paying its mana cost.

As you search your library for one or more cards, you may choose Omnipresent Impostor as one of those cards. (For example, if you search for two land cards, you may find Omnipresent Impostor and a land card.)

The Wheeling Runner

You may spend any type of mana to cast cards that didn't start in your deck.
Whenever The Wheeling Runner deals combat damage to a player, you may discard your hand. If you do, choose four Vintage-legal cards at random. Add those cards to your hand. (The "Random Card" feature on a search site may help.)
Ready to run (You can have two commanders if both have ready to run.)

The Zabulous Cosplayer

As The Zabulous Cosplayer enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, choose a tournament-legal non-Aura permanent card at random. The Zabulous Cosplayer becomes a copy of that card, except it has this ability. (Use the "random card" feature on a Magic card search engine until you hit a permanent card.)

Luxior and Shadowspear

Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each counter on it, and has trample and lifelink.
{1}: Permanents your opponents control lose hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.
Equipped permanent isn't a planeswalker and is a creature in addition to its other types.
