Wheel of Misfortune

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Valakut Exploration

Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
At the beginning of your end step, if there are cards exiled with this enchantment, put them into their owner's graveyard, then this enchantment deals that much damage to each opponent.

Strixhaven Stadium

{T}: Add {C}. Put a point counter on this artifact.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, remove a point counter from this artifact.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, put a point counter on this artifact. Then if it has ten or more point counters on it, remove them all and that player loses the game.

Flamerush Rider

Whenever this creature attacks, create a token that's a copy of another target attacking creature and that's tapped and attacking. Exile the token at end of combat.

Tempting offer — Choose target instant or sorcery spell. Each opponent may copy that spell and may choose new targets for the copy they control. You copy that spell once plus an additional time for each opponent who copied the spell this way. You may choose new targets for the copies you control.

Whenever this creature attacks or dies, choose one or more. Each mode must target a different player.
• Target opponent draws three cards, then discards three cards at random.
• Target opponent sacrifices a nontoken artifact of their choice.
• This creature deals damage to target opponent equal to the number of cards in their hand.

Gogo, Mysterious Mime

At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may have Gogo become a copy of another target creature you control until end of turn, except its name is Gogo, Mysterious Mime. If you do, Gogo and that creature each get +2/+0 and gain haste until end of turn and attack this turn if able.

Arena of Glory

This land enters tapped unless you control a Mountain.
{T}: Add {R}.
{R}, {T}, Exert this land: Add {R}{R}. If that mana is spent on a creature spell, it gains haste until end of turn. (An exerted permanent won't untap during your next untap step.)

Caves of Chaos Adventurer

When this creature enters, you take the initiative.
Whenever this creature attacks, exile the top card of your library. If you've completed a dungeon, you may play that card this turn without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, you may play that card this turn.

Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Tibalt's Trickery

Counter target spell. Choose 1, 2, or 3 at random. Its controller mills that many cards, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with a different name than that spell. They may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put the exiled cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Illicit Auction

Each player may bid life for control of target creature. You start the bidding with a bid of 0. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and gains control of the creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Whenever a Mountain you control enters, if you control at least five other Mountains, you may have this land deal 3 damage to any target.

Calamity, Galloping Inferno

Whenever Calamity attacks while saddled, choose a nonlegendary creature that saddled it this turn and create a tapped and attacking token that's a copy of it. Sacrifice that token at the beginning of the next end step. Repeat this process once.

Fiery Gambit

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Whenever this creature attacks, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters), then you may pay eight {E}. If you pay, untap all creatures you control, and after this phase, there is an additional combat phase.

Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from your library and/or your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Laelia.

Wild Magic Surge

Destroy target permanent an opponent controls. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with that permanent. They put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.
