Artifact
Agent's Toolkit enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter, a flying counter, a deathtouch counter, and a shield counter on it. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may move a counter from Agent's Toolkit onto that creature. {2}, Sacrifice Agent's Toolkit: Draw a card.
{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.
{T}: Add {C}. Put a point counter on Strixhaven Stadium. Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, remove a point counter from Strixhaven Stadium. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, put a point counter on Strixhaven Stadium. Then if it has ten or more point counters on it, remove them all and that player loses the game.
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from white and from blue. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control, then proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) Equip {2}
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage, put two charge counters on Umezawa's Jitte. Remove a charge counter from Umezawa's Jitte: Choose one — • Equipped creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. • Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. • You gain 2 life. Equip {2}
Whenever another artifact or creature you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put an oil counter on Vat of Rebirth. {2}{B}, {T}, Remove four oil counters from Vat of Rebirth: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate only as a sorcery.
Creature
Arwen, Mortal Queen enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it. {1}, Remove an indestructible counter from Arwen: Another target creature gains indestructible until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on that creature and a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on Arwen.
Flying, trample Falco Spara, Pactweaver enters the battlefield with a shield counter on it. You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may cast spells from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control in addition to paying their other costs.
Reach Modified creatures you control have trample. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.) Whenever a modified creature you control deals combat damage to a player, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
When Perrie enters the battlefield, put a shield counter on target creature. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Whenever Perrie attacks, target creature you control gains trample and gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of different kinds of counters among permanents you control.
Partner with Toothy, Imaginary Friend (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Toothy into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) If one or more counters would be put on a permanent your team controls, that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters are put on that permanent instead.
Partner with Pir, Imaginative Rascal (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Pir into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Toothy, Imaginary Friend. When Toothy leaves the battlefield, draw a card for each +1/+1 counter on it.
Enchantment
At the beginning of each end step, if you drew two or more cards this turn, you may put a quest counter on Archmage Ascension. As long as Archmage Ascension has six or more quest counters on it, if you would draw a card, you may instead search your library for a card, put that card into your hand, then shuffle.
Whenever you attack, put a shield counter on target attacking creature. Until end of turn, it gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, remove a shield counter from it. If you do, draw a card." (If a creature with a shield counter on it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if you didn't lose life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Luminarch Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.) {1}{W}: Create a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying. Activate only if Luminarch Ascension has four or more quest counters on it.
{1}{G}{U}: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on a creature you control, put that many growth counters on Simic Ascendancy. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Simic Ascendancy has twenty or more growth counters on it, you win the game.
Instant
Land
{T}: Add {C}. {1}, {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. If you spend this mana to cast your commander, it enters the battlefield with a number of additional +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of times it's been cast from the command zone this game.
Sorcery

Addendum — If you cast this spell during your main phase, put a shield counter on a creature you control. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Choose a kind of counter on a creature you control. Put a counter of that kind on each other creature you control.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose a kind of counter at random that Crystalline Giant doesn't have on it from among flying, first strike, deathtouch, hexproof, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, vigilance, and +1/+1. Put a counter of that kind on Crystalline Giant.
Denry Klin, Editor in Chief enters the battlefield with your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, or vigilance counter on it. Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, if Denry has counters on it, put the same number of each kind of counter on that creature.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a charge counter on Gavel of the Righteous. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each counter on Gavel of the Righteous. As long as Gavel of the Righteous has four or more counters on it, equipped creature has double strike. Equip—Pay {3} or remove a counter from Gavel of the Righteous.
{1}, {T}, Discard a card: Put a study counter on Grimoire of the Dead. {T}, Remove three study counters from Grimoire of the Dead and sacrifice it: Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control. They're black Zombies in addition to their other colors and types.
If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Malefic Scythe enters the battlefield with a soul counter on it. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each soul counter on Malefic Scythe. Whenever equipped creature dies, put a soul counter on Malefic Scythe. Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
Whenever a source you control deals damage to another player, put that many theft counters on Night Dealings. {2}{B}{B}, Remove X theft counters from Night Dealings: Search your library for a nonland card with mana value X, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
{2}, {T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. Put a brick counter on Oracle's Vault. {T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost. Activate only if there are three or more brick counters on Oracle's Vault.
If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on an artifact or creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead. {1}{G}, {T}: Put a +1/+1 counter on target artifact or creature you control. Activate only as a sorcery. Cycling {2} ({2}, Discard this card: Draw a card.)
{T}: Add one mana of any color. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a night counter on Replicating Ring. Then if it has eight or more night counters on it, remove all of them and create eight colorless snow artifact tokens named Replicated Ring with "{T}: Add one mana of any color."
Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Treat phased-out permanents and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until their controller's next turn.)
Flying, trample When Roalesk, Apex Hybrid enters the battlefield, put two +1/+1 counters on another target creature you control. When Roalesk dies, proliferate, then proliferate again. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)
You may have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature or planeswalker you control, except it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it if it's a creature, it enters with an additional loyalty counter on it if it's a planeswalker, and it isn't legendary.
Flying If you would proliferate, proliferate twice instead. {1}{U/P}{U/P}, Remove three counters from among other artifacts, creatures, and planeswalkers you control: Put an indestructible counter on Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus. ({U/P} can be paid with either {U} or 2 life.)
