I — For each opponent, destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls.

{4}, {T}: Investigate. (Create a Clue token. It's an artifact with "{2}, Sacrifice this token: Draw a card.")

Oft-Nabbed Goat

{1}: Draw a card. Gain control of this creature and put a -1/-1 counter on it. Only your opponents may activate this ability and only as a sorcery.
When this creature dies, if it had one or more -1/-1 counters on it, its owner draws that many cards and each other player loses that much life.

Rakdos, Patron of Chaos

Flying, trample
At the beginning of your end step, target opponent may sacrifice two nonland, nontoken permanents of their choice. If they don't, you draw two cards.

Nomad Outpost

This land enters tapped.
{T}: Add {R}, {W}, or {B}.

Pain's Reward

Each player may bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of any number. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and draws four cards.

Wheel of Misfortune

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Carmen, Cruel Skymarcher

Flying
Whenever a player sacrifices a permanent, put a +1/+1 counter on Carmen and you gain 1 life.
Whenever Carmen attacks, return up to one target permanent card with mana value less than or equal to Carmen's power from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Sol Ring

Inevitable Defeat

This spell can't be countered.
Exile target nonland permanent. Its controller loses 3 life and you gain 3 life.

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Flying, lifelink
Whenever one or more outlaws you control deal combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are outlaws.)
{3}, Sacrifice two Treasures: Put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control. Activate only as a sorcery.

Ensnared by the Mara

Each opponent faces a villainous choice — They exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then you may cast that card without paying its mana cost, or that player exiles the top four cards of their library and Ensnared by the Mara deals damage equal to the total mana value of those exiled cards to that player.

Command Tower

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.

Rakdos, the Muscle

Flying, trample
Whenever you sacrifice another creature, exile cards equal to its mana value from the top of target player's library. Until your next end step, you may play those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.
Sacrifice another creature: Rakdos gains indestructible until end of turn. Tap it. Activate only once each turn.

Will of the Abzan

Choose one. If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both instead.
• Any number of target opponents each sacrifice a creature with the greatest power among creatures that player controls and lose 3 life.
• Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Captive Audience

This enchantment enters under the control of an opponent of your choice.
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
• Your life total becomes 4.
• Discard your hand.
• Each opponent creates five 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens.

By Invitation Only

Choose a number between 0 and 13. Each player sacrifices that many creatures of their choice.

Craig Boone, Novac Guard

Reach, lifelink
One for My Baby — Whenever you attack with two or more creatures, put two quest counters on Craig Boone. When you do, Craig Boone deals damage equal to the number of quest counters on it to up to one target creature unless that creature's controller has Craig Boone deal that much damage to them.

Mogis, God of Slaughter

Indestructible
As long as your devotion to black and red is less than seven, Mogis isn't a creature.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Mogis deals 2 damage to that player unless they sacrifice a creature of their choice.

Shattered Landscape

{T}: Add {C}.
{T}, Sacrifice this land: Search your library for a basic Mountain, Plains, or Swamp card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
Cycling {R}{W}{B} ({R}{W}{B}, Discard this card: Draw a card.)

Promise of Loyalty

Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

Valgavoth, Terror Eater

Flying, lifelink
Ward—Sacrifice three nonland permanents.
If a card you didn't control would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
During your turn, you may play cards exiled with Valgavoth. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost.

Soul Shatter

Each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker with the greatest mana value among creatures and planeswalkers they control.

Each opponent secretly chooses silence or snitch, then the choices are revealed. If each opponent chose silence, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 4 damage to each of them. If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence.

General's Enforcer

Legendary Humans you control have indestructible.
{2}{W}{B}: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a creature card, create a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token.

Malik, Grim Manipulator

When Malik, Grim Manipulator enters, you and target opponent each secretly choose a creature that player controls. Then those choices are revealed, and that player sacrifices those creatures.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a creature, you create a Treasure token.

Mythos of Snapdax

Each player chooses an artifact, a creature, an enchantment, and a planeswalker from among the nonland permanents they control, then sacrifices the rest. If {B}{R} was spent to cast this spell, you choose the permanents for each player instead.

Choice of Damnations

Target opponent chooses a number. You may have that player lose that much life. If you don't, that player sacrifices all but that many permanents of their choice.

Evolving Wilds

{T}, Sacrifice this land: Search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Sundown Pass

This land enters tapped unless you control two or more other lands.

Kellogg, Dangerous Mind

First strike, haste
Whenever Kellogg attacks, create a Treasure token.
Sacrifice five Treasures: Gain control of target creature for as long as you control Kellogg. Activate only as a sorcery.

Wishclaw Talisman

This artifact enters with three wish counters on it.
{1}, {T}, Remove a wish counter from this artifact: Search your library for a card, put it into your hand, then shuffle. An opponent gains control of this artifact. Activate only during your turn.

Make an Example

Each opponent separates the creatures they control into two piles. For each opponent, you choose one of their piles. Each opponent sacrifices the creatures in their chosen pile. (Piles can be empty.)

Vial Smasher the Fierce

Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, choose an opponent at random. Vial Smasher deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to that player or a planeswalker that player controls.
Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)

Bandit's Haul

Whenever you commit a crime, put a loot counter on this artifact. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Targeting opponents, anything they control, and/or cards in their graveyards is a crime.)
{T}: Add one mana of any color.

Parker Luck

At the beginning of your end step, two target players each reveal the top card of their library. They each lose life equal to the mana value of the card revealed by the other player. Then they each put the card they revealed into their hand.

Perforating Artist

Deathtouch (Any amount of damage this deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.)
Raid — At the beginning of your end step, if you attacked this turn, each opponent loses 3 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice or discards a card.

Black Market Connections

At the beginning of your first main phase, choose one or more —
• Sell Contraband — Create a Treasure token. You lose 1 life.
• Buy Information — Draw a card. You lose 2 life.
• Hire a Mercenary — Create a 3/2 colorless Shapeshifter creature token with changeling. You lose 3 life. (It is every creature type.)

Tergrid's Lantern

{T}: Target player loses 3 life unless they sacrifice a nonland permanent of their choice or discard a card.

Whenever an opponent sacrifices a nontoken permanent or discards a permanent card, you may put that card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.

You may sacrifice a nontoken black creature rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker with the greatest mana value among creatures and planeswalkers they control.

The Lord of Pain

Menace
Your opponents can't gain life.
Whenever a player casts their first spell each turn, choose another target player. The Lord of Pain deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to the chosen player.

Sanguine Morass

This land enters tapped.

Bloodsoaked Insight

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each 1 life your opponents have lost this turn.
Target opponent exiles the top three cards of their library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. If you cast a spell this way, mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

0: Create a 2/2 white Samurai creature token with double strike.
−4: For each player, choose a creature that player controls. Each player sacrifices all creatures they control not chosen this way.

Rakdos Joins Up

When Rakdos Joins Up enters, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with two additional +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever a legendary creature you control dies, Rakdos Joins Up deals damage equal to that creature's power to target opponent.

Descent into Avernus

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two descent counters on this enchantment. Then each player creates X Treasure tokens and this enchantment deals X damage to each player, where X is the number of descent counters on this enchantment.

Illicit Auction

Each player may bid life for control of target creature. You start the bidding with a bid of 0. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and gains control of the creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Evin, Waterdeep Opportunist

Menace
Ward—Sacrifice a creature.
Evin gets +2/+0 for each Treasure you control.
Whenever one or more players sacrifice one or more creatures, you create a tapped Treasure token. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Goblin Game

Each player hides at least one item, then all players reveal them simultaneously. Each player loses life equal to the number of items they revealed. The player who revealed the fewest items then loses half their life, rounded up. If two or more players are tied for fewest, each loses half their life, rounded up.

Laughing Jasper Flint

Creatures you control but don't own are Mercenaries in addition to their other types.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top X cards of target opponent's library, where X is the number of outlaws you control. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

During your turn, Kefka has indestructible.
At the beginning of your end step, exile a card at random from each opponent's graveyard. You may cast any number of spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs. Then each player who owns a spell you cast this way loses life equal to its mana value.

{T}: Add one mana of any color that a land an opponent controls could produce.

Revel in Riches

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this token: Add one mana of any color.")
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control ten or more Treasures, you win the game.

Mardu Siegebreaker

Deathtouch, haste
When this creature enters, exile up to one other target creature you control until this creature leaves the battlefield.
Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent, create a tapped token that's a copy of the exiled card attacking that opponent. At the beginning of your next end step, sacrifice those tokens.

Vicious Shadows

Whenever a creature dies, you may have this enchantment deal damage to target player equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.
