Whenever you cast a spell from your hand, reveal the top X cards of your library, where X is that spell's mana value. You may cast a spell with mana value X or less from among cards revealed this way without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

+1: Until end of turn, up to one target creature gets +1/+1 and gains first strike, vigilance, and lifelink. −2: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and a loyalty counter on each other planeswalker you control. −7: You get an emblem with "If a source would deal damage to you or a planeswalker you control, prevent all but 1 of that damage."
+2: Reveal the top three cards of your library. Put all nonland permanent cards revealed this way into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. −2: Exile target creature. Its controller gains life equal to its power. −9: Put five +1/+1 counters on each creature you control and five loyalty counters on each other planeswalker you control.
+1: Each opponent discards a card and loses 2 life. −3: Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step if it has mana value 3 or less. −8: Each opponent loses life equal to the number of cards in their graveyard.
+1: Destroy another target planeswalker. +1: Create a 3/3 black Beast creature token with deathtouch. −3: Destroy target creature. You gain life equal to its toughness. −8: Target opponent gets an emblem with "Whenever a creature attacks you, it gets +5/+5 and gains trample until end of turn."
+2: During target opponent's next turn, creatures that player controls attack Gideon Jura if able. −2: Destroy target tapped creature. 0: Until end of turn, Gideon Jura becomes a 6/6 Human Soldier creature that's still a planeswalker. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to him this turn.
+1: Until your next turn, whenever a creature an opponent controls attacks, it gets -1/-0 until end of turn. −2: Reveal the top three cards of your library. An opponent separates those cards into two piles. Put one pile into your hand and the other on the bottom of your library in any order. −8: For each player, search that player's library for a nonland card and exile it, then that player shuffles. You may cast those cards without paying their mana costs.
+1: Until your next turn, prevent all damage that would be dealt to and dealt by target permanent an opponent controls. −1: Draw a card. You may play an additional land this turn. −5: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your end step, create a 9/9 blue Kraken creature token."
+2: You may discard a card. If you do, draw a card. −2: Exile target enchantment, tapped artifact, or tapped creature. −8: Search your library for an artifact or creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. It gains haste. Return it to your hand at the beginning of the next end step.
+3: Destroy target noncreature permanent. −2: Gain control of target creature. −9: Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker deals 7 damage to target player or planeswalker. That player or that planeswalker's controller discards seven cards, then sacrifices seven permanents.
+2: Each opponent loses 1 life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. −2: Create a 5/5 black Demon creature token with flying. You lose 2 life. −8: You get an emblem with "{1}{B}, Sacrifice a creature: You gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the sacrificed creature's power." Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath can be your commander.
